1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, services, and transactions with Greek Me Up.
Orders may be placed in-store or via direct communication (such as WhatsApp, phone, or email). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Confirmation
All orders are handled personally and confirmed manually.
An order is considered confirmed once:

• We have agreed on the details (products, quantity, date, time), and

• Confirmation has been provided by Greek Me Up

We reserve the right to decline or adjust orders based on availability.

3. Pricing
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment
Depending on the order, payment may be:

• Made in-store at pickup

• Paid upon delivery

• Requested in advance (for catering or large orders)

Payment terms will always be clearly communicated during confirmation.

5. Catering & Custom Orders
For catering and larger orders:

• Minimum order: €100 (unless agreed otherwise)

• Orders must be placed in advance

• Custom requests are possible upon availability

For larger or event-based orders, specific arrangements may be agreed upon directly with the customer.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund

• For larger or custom orders, cancellation terms may differ and will be agreed in advance

7. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup
Orders must be collected at the agreed time.
We are not responsible for any changes in product quality due to late pickup.
Delivery

• Delivery is available within Amsterdam

• Standard delivery fee: €15

• Free delivery for orders above €200

Delivery times are agreed in advance. While we aim to be punctual, delays due to external factors may occur.

8. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.
While we take care in preparation, all products are made in a kitchen where allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

9. Product Availability
As our products are freshly prepared, availability may vary.
We reserve the right to make small adjustments or substitutions when necessary, always maintaining quality and value.

10. Liability
Greek Me Up is not liable for:

• Delays caused by external factors

• Product quality issues after pickup or delivery due to improper storage

• Allergic reactions if not communicated in advance

Liability is limited to the value of the order.

11. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always aim to resolve any issue in a fair and timely manner.

12. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
